Kimetha excels as a Professional User Researcher specializing in Generative AI at Microsoft, where she drives rapid research strategies, oversees end-to-end product development, and mentors aspiring UX professionals. She is also a leader and speaker with the Interaction Design Foundation's Chicago chapter, advocating for inclusivity and accessibility in tech.

Kimetha's speaking engagements include panelist roles at events like Microsoft Ignite 2024, where she introduced AI-enabled work management in Microsoft 365. She also served as an MC for fundraising events supporting W.A.F.A. a mental health and grief support organization within the Black community.
